Customer-wise Ledger

Ledger sums only saved bills. Opening advance/other paid amounts from previous versions are included as historical opening receipts without separate numbered payment vouchers. New receipts can be printed and reprinted individually.
Business profile
Separate identity and bills for each shop. Switch profiles from the top bar.
Brand logo & optional signature
To match your website's exact logo, upload its original image (PNG/JPEG/WebP). File stays on this device; no upload to a server.
Draw using finger, mouse or stylus. Optional: leave blank for no signature.
Clearing a profile only removes its current business identity and settings. Existing bills, payments and other profiles stay intact; historic invoice headers are unchanged.
Keep your bills safe
Data is only in this browser. Download your backup to keep a copy or move it to another computer.
V5 backups include both business profiles. Restoring a backup replaces local bills and both profiles; keep a copy first.
⚠ Hard Reset — All Local Data
Permanently erase all locally saved bills, customer records, payments/receipts, ledger, draft forms, and settings for both businesses on this device. This does not affect another device or an exported JSON backup.
Export All Bills (JSON) first. Reset cannot be undone without your backup.
Installable offline PWA
Host this folder on HTTPS (Cloudflare Pages or similar), then select Install App. Offline billing, QR and PDFs work after the first visit. Printing and WhatsApp require their own device/browser capabilities.
Local customer records are not encrypted at rest. Protect your browser/device and export encrypted backups to a secure location.
UPI & Payment Receipts
Set your correct UPI ID above to show an amount-based QR on bills. UPI scanning alone does not confirm or record a payment. After checking your bank/UPI app, record the amount against the bill to generate a numbered receipt.
Receipts print separately in A4 or 58mm, and can be sent via WhatsApp as text. No automatic payment settlement or bank connection.
WhatsApp and A4 PDF
Send a full itemized WhatsApp text bill, copy bill text, or send a due reminder. Select English or Bengali. All messages are reviewed by you; nothing sends automatically.
Share PDF: mobile share-sheet where supported, otherwise download PDF and manually attach it to the customer's WhatsApp chat. Use a valid 10-digit Indian customer phone number. You need internet for WhatsApp only.
Private by default — business identity
Both business profiles start without a name, owner, address, phone, GSTIN, UPI, logo or signature. Enter only the details you want printed. This template never includes an actual business identity.
Old saved bills retain their own historical business header. To clear a previously saved current profile, use the dedicated button below.
58mm printer setup
- Install your thermal printer driver.
- Choose Print 58mm on the bill.
- In print settings, select your thermal printer and 58mm paper (or 58 × 80mm, if that's the driver option).
- Set margins to None, scale to 100%, and disable headers/footers.
Paper length / continuous feeding depends on the printer driver. This website does not directly control the printer hardware.
